Herbed Roast Turkey with Gravy; Cranberry Sauce; Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Sautéed Green Beans with Dried Cherries, Pumpkin Pie.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Selecting, Roasting and Carving Turkey; Using Fresh and Dried Herbs; Balancing Flavors; Selecting Potatoes; Making Roux; Selecting and Cooking Green Beans; Rolling Pie Dough; Kitchen Time Management.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 8 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
