$30.00 for dinner only
$95.00 per person ($85.00 if registered by July 23rd)
$360.00 for a foursome ($300.00 if registered by July 23rd)
20% of registration fees will be donated to the Easter Seals Society for its Recreation Center in Holler Park.

Directions to Oakwood Park Golf Course: From Milwaukee, Take I-94/South to Ryan Road. Exit Ryan Road and go West. Take 27th Street South to Oakwood Road. Take a right on Oakwood Road. The course is on the right, 9 blocks down.
